Andy Randol

Andy joined Panora Cooperative Telephone in 1995 as the accountant and became general manager in May of 1999. He brought to the company seven years of certified public accounting knowledge, specialized in the telecommunications industry.

Bill Dorsett, Plant Manager

Bill oversees all underground cable work and manages the Nortel DMS-10 Switch that carries both voice and data traffic. His vast knowledge as plant manager over our entire telecommunications plant is a benefit to our company and to our subscribers. 

Cheryl Castile, Office Manager

Cheryl manages Panora Telecommunications Long Distance Company, as well as our marketing of services and products.

If you have any questions regarding your telecommunications services, she will gladly assist you.  

Joan Millhollin, Customer Service Representative

Joan assists new subscribers with their applications for the latest telecommunication services. She can also help you with everything from basic telephone service to high speed internet.

Pam Klinkefus, Customer Service Representative

As a shareholder in a telephone cooperative, you earn dividends on our telephone service and usage. Pam is the one who keeps track of your records and sees that you receive a check each year. She also handles many accounting functions for all of the Panora Telco companies. 

Paul Brewster, Telephone Installer - Repairman

Paul does a variety of jobs related to the services we provide.  When you need pre-wiring done or calling feature or high speed Internet installation, Paul will most likely be doing the work.

Mike Moore, Combination Technician

Mike works primarily in the outside plant construction and assists with the installation of cable for our underground plant.  

Curtis Thornberry, Technology Development Director

Curtis allow us to better serve the technology needs of our customers. He works directly with business and residential customers on a variety of issues - including computer and network security, AntiVirus, and AntiSpyware issues.  Additionally, Curtis develops educational programs for customers and new technology offerings for Panora Telco.

Douglas Pals, Marketing Director

Doug handles the development of almost all of our communication channels with our customers, as well as directing the marketing and development of our products and services.
