You can save time dialing busy numbers over and over. Your phone rings as soon as the line is free, and automatically connects you.  
Automatic Recall
 If you couldn't get to the phone in time, you can still find out who called. Return the call by dialing a simple code.  
Call Forwarding-Basic
If you are going to be away at a known phone number, forward all your calls from your home phone to this number. All calls will ring through to where you are!
Call Waiting
Never miss an important phone call again. While you are already involved in a conversation, a short beep will announce that another call is incoming. By quickly depressing the switch hook, you can pick up the other call.

Caller ID Blocking Per Call
By dialing a code before you place a call, you can prevent your phone number from appearing on the Caller ID display of the person receiving your call.
Caller ID Blocking Per Line
This provides a permanent, private indicator on a customer’s line.  
Caller ID Number
When you receive a call, the number of the person calling you is shown on your caller ID display screen.
Customer Originated Trace
When you receive a harassing call, you can dial a simple code to trace the source of that call for the telephone company.
Remote Call Forwarding
A service provided in lieu of an individual line whereby a call placed to a customer’s telephone number in one central office is automatically forwarded by Company central office equipment to another customer designated line.

Selective Call Forwarding
You can program your phone to forward only those calls from a special list of numbers. When your service is turned "on," calls from numbers in your forward list will be re-routed to your "forward-to" number. All others will ring at your phone as usual.
Speed Calling: 8 Code
 Everyone has numbers they call frequently. When you program your phone, you can set up full phone numbers to a special key, and get the call completed quicker.  
Speed Calling: 30 Code
This feature just allows more calls to be keyed in for speed calling.
Three Way Calling
Almost as good as conference calling. Get a third person involved in your conversation simply by clicking the switch hook and calling them!

Call Forwarding-Busy
  When activated, your calls will be forwarded to a selected number only if your phone is busy.  
Call Forwarding-No answer
When activated, your calls will be forwarded to a selected number only if you do not answer.  
Toll Restriction with Bypass
Allows a customer with PTLD (Panora Telco Long Distance) voluntarily restricted to making local exchange calls only, to specify a code which when activated will access the long distance/toll network.  The code must be activated for each toll call to be placed.  In essence, this service allows you to 'unlock' the long distance calling capability of your phone on a call by call basis.
